How we do it:
We will appoint an experienced relationship manager to work closely with your hiring managers
They will spend time on site: - working with your team to understand your culture, your requirements, your hiring strategy and the screening required to be able to represent you as your own team would.
We will prepare and agree specs with the hiring managers. The supporting team (in M&B’s offices) will then scour the market to source the strongest candidates.
M&B will sift, interview, technically test and present a short list of candidates for you to interview
The process will be as structured or as fluid as you wish it to be – we will work the way you want us to work
