IT Services Support - IT Help Desk Analyst - Banking

My client, a Global Investment Bank are looking to appoint an IT Service Support Analyst/IT Help Desk Analyst to supports it Sales, Research and Banking teams. You will be joining a growing team responsible for supporting a wide range of senior users within a very reputable Investment Bank. Due to the global nature of the role we are looking for someone who can speak German.

    We are looking for individuals with the following skills and knowledge:

  • Citrix
  • VMware
  • Office 2010/2013
  • BES12
  • Blackberry and iPad's
  • Active Directory
  • Networking
  • Market Data Apps
  • Bloomberg, Eikon, Factset
  • Snapware, Microsoft Lync Chat
  • Financial Services background
  • German speaking would be highly desirable
  • Demonstrate understanding of risk mitigation techniques
  • Understand and adhere to the change framework, gathering data to support application and monitoring.
  • Create governance packs and regular status reports documenting progress, risks, and issues, with escalation in line with the agreed project governance
  • Document and maintain a record of key decisions taken and any associated project artefacts
  • Provide secretariat support arranging governance and stakeholder meetings, documenting key decisions
  • Assist with the overview and adherence of agreed project deadlines and schedules
