Leading UK Insurance client in East Sussex is now looking to hire an experienced Senior Project Manager to work on a number of exciting digital and transformation programmes. This is a permanent position and is offering a base of £65,000 + bonus, pension and a number of other benefits.
To be considered for this role you will need some of the following:
- 5+ years Project Management experience
- Experience working on complex platform delivers and/or migrations – full lifecycle
- Self-starter / Self-organising, with good attention to detail (Essential)
Professional PM/Agile training, e.g. Prince2, SAFe, Scrum or equivalent3. (Desirable) - Experience within Financial Services is an advantage.
- Breadth and depth of knowledge and business acumen obtained from previous experience of project and programme delivery
- Previous experience of leading and developing teams
- Articulate communicator with the confidence to deal with all levels of stakeholders.
